Born in St. Louis and raised everywhere else, I have found myself the long time beneficiary of a life ripe with changing landscapes and cultures. While the hairstyles and fashions have come and gone, one constant remains: I was born to design. My journey to finding my passion began in a 10-person Digital Art class I took in high school which was followed up by a week long summer design camp at Washington University. I began to see a new world filled with Photoshop layers, bezier curves, typography and Pantone colors.
I recently graduated from Auburn University, the most beautiful village on the plains. During my time there, I spent two years in a balancing act between the Graphic Design program and the Marketing program. I gained an invaluable experience under the leadership of the Graphic Design professors but ultimately chose to pursue a degree in business.
What's that saying? You can take the girl out of design but you can't take design out of the girl? Yeah, that one! Since then, I have designed for small business start ups, national non-profit organizations, Auburn events, and the like. When you're doing something you love, you can't just put it on hold.
I believe that the passion I have for design reflects in my work, and I hope that after roaming the site you will come to that same conclusion!
